How We Operate a Sustainable Business
Along with only engaging and promoting local businesses, Finn Alley Fishing donates 5% of all profits to the Sustainable Southeast Partnership, which supports job creation in small communities throughout Southeast, and active salmon stream restoration.
Finn Alley Fishing also donates to the Sitka Conservation Society, which actively engages the Forest Service to protect stands of trees throughout the Tongass. Principals of Finn Alley Fishing serve on the Sitka Conservation Society board, along with the Sitka Community Land Trust board.
Finally, Finn Alley Fishing uses sustainable construction materials in the renovation of its 1930s house, along with non-toxic soaps and cleaners.
